Our experienced instructors will teach you everything you need to know about preparing tamales from scratch, allowing you to master the art of this famous Mexican dish. In this class, you will be guided step by step to prepare 3 different types of tamales, red, green and veggies, ranging from delicious savory options originating from Veracruz and delicious vegetarian options. Yummy! We will also provide you with Mexican beer, agua frescas (fruit water) and traditional café de olla to accompany your tamales. Dietary needs will be taken into consideration.Includes
