Description
After checking in at the dive center to fit equipment and meet the crew you will head to the boat (approx 8 min walk). Your divemaster will offer you a free referesher or let you set up your own gear - whichever you prefer. Your guide has a minimum of 6 months local dive experience and three hundred dives to apply - however in reality our current divemasters have much more. Your 2 tank dive experience will be in the bay of Cabo San Lucas, however depending on preference it IS possible to take the boat into the Corridor area if there is a reason to do so (more humpback whales during winter, or mobula ray fevers in spring) Our dives are 50 minutes with a surface interval to fit the profile. Even at busy dive sites we like to try and escape the crowd and show you to different parts of the reef. Wildlife: Reef shark, 5 different species of ray, 5 different species of eel, turtles, seahorses, frogfish, nudibranchs, fish schools (snapper, jacks), HUNDREDS of pufferfish and playful sealions Winter - Spring. Topography: Sandy canyon wall descending as deep as you like to go! Sandfall phenomenom on many dive sites which creates an impressive video. A decent sized, scattered shipwreck from the 1950s lies at the Land's End dive site. Conditions: Warmer (3mm - 5mm) Late summer to early winter. Colder (5mm - 7mm) Late winter to Early Summer Visibiity 30ft (Spring) to 100ft (Autumn) but changes weekly and can be the reverse of this! Dive Equipment provided: 80cft aluminium tanks (Nitrox and 100cft available on request), weights, Scubapro MK2 Reg, Cressi pro integrated BCD (80% of the rental collection integrated), Cressit frog open heel fins and boots (closed heel available in warmer water)Includes
