Description

The Mexico City Hike begins hiking toward the Pico del Aguila summit at 3930 m. It takes us through pine and oak forests while we observe the diverse flora and fauna. A panoramic masterpiece awaits us as we conquer the summit. The reward for reaching the peak is the stunning panoramic view. Next, we’ll head to Cruz del Marques, the park’s second-highest summit. After a refreshing break with our provided snacks and box lunch, we’ll admire the stunning views of the Valley of Mexico and capture beautiful photos from above before descending. Post-hike, opt for an authentic Mexican lunch at a locally owned restaurant. As we return to the park entrance, our expert guide will share insights into the park’s history and culture. Finally, after reconnecting with nature and having an exhilarating day of hiking in Ajusco National Park, relax on a comfy ride back to your accommodation.
