-We will welcome you early in the morning with a delicious coffee in our office. -After your registration, we will take you to see how our hot air balloons wake up with the warm air. - -The direction of flight of our hot air balloons depends directly on the direction of the wind. -If there is bad weather for flying we will contact you. -Our baskets are for 6, 8, 10, 13 or up to 19 people, they cannot be selected, it will depend on availability. -If one of the passengers weighs more than 100kg (220 pounds) they will have to pay an extra cost of $35 MXN per kg -If you make your reservation after 10 PM and it is for a flight the following day (less than 10 hours before the flight), it will not be valid, and we will move your reservation to 24 hours after the selected date.
