DAY 1 From CD DE MEXICO / Departure to PUEBLA. We start with the Archaeological Zone of Cholula, Church of Los Remedios, Ex Convent of San Gabriel and its 49 Cupolas, temple of Sta. María Tonantzintla, San Francisco Acatepec, panoramic view of La Estrella de Puebla. Acatepec, panoramic view of La Estrella de Puebla, transfer to downtown, free afternoon. Lodging. DAY 2 American breakfast. Visit: Plaza de Armas, Cathedral, Chapel of the Rosary, House of the Dolls, Church of the Company of Jesus, University, Plazuela and Alley of the Toads, House of the Alfeñique. Free time in the Parian Market, free afternoon. Lodging. DAY 3 American breakfast. We are taken to the port of VERACRUZ, we enjoy the Fort of San Juan de Ulua, the Baluarte Santiago, the Temple of the Good Traveler, the Lighthouses of Venustiano Carranza and Juarez, the Post and Telegraph Buildings, the Theater, the Shipyards and Casa Museo Agustin Lara, we move to Boca del Rio, beach area, gastronomy, modern commerce. Lodging. DAY 4 American breakfast. Departure to TLACOTALPAN, of multicolored facades and red roofs, in front of the Papaloapan River. World Heritage Site (Tlacotalpan was the inspiration of the famous composer Agustin Lara). A few kilometers further on, we enjoy the beautiful waterfall of SALTO de EYIPANTLA and its surroundings, where filmmaker and producer Mel Gibson filmed scenes from the movie Apocalypto. Transfer to San Andres Tuxtla. Lodging DAY 5 American breakfast. Continue to Los Tuxtlas Special Biosphere Reserve, land of enchantment and exuberant vegetation. CATEMACO, a town of Olmec origin, with a flavor of rituals and esoteric traditions, we visit the Ecological Reserve of Nanciyaga, where Sean Connery filmed The Medicine Man of the Jungle. Possibility to submerge in spring waters, take a relaxing mud bath, have a 'limpia' with a Shaman, and return to San Andres Tuxtla. Overnight. DAY 6 American breakfast. Different landscapes and shades of green bring us closer to the beautiful state of Chiapas. At noon, we arrive at the PARQUE ECOTURISTICO CAÑON del SUMIDERO, located in a privileged natural setting. Free time to enjoy nature. On board boats, we go up the Grijalva River through the imposing CAÑON del SUMIDERO, a true whim of Mother Nature. Free time in CHIAPA de CORZO. Continuation to SAN CRISTOBAL de las CASAS. Lodging. DAY 7 American breakfast. In SAN CRISTOBAL we walk its indigenous market, the temple of Santo Domingo and the Amber Museum. Nearby, the Tzotzil communities of SAN JUAN CHAMULA (place of bats) and ZINACANTAN (thick water), make us live an unforgettable morning. Free afternoon. Lodging. DAY 8 American breakfast. Free time. At the agreed time we will provide airport transfer to Tuxtla airport to fly to the destination of your choice. (possibility of return transfer to Puebla or Mexico City, consult supplement).
