Drivers must be 17 years old with a valid license on them and passengers must be 10 years old minimum. If collision insurance is not purchased, you must have a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) for a damage deposit. Transportation via water taxi from the Marina is also included. For this service, the port authority may charge $2 USD per person to enter the boat gate.
